Are there any contraindications to using an impedance device?

Yes, here are the contraindications and the people who cannot perform an analysis:

  • Pregnant people
  • People who wear a peacemaker

Are there any factors that could influence my analysis?

Yes, certain factors can influence the analysis, which is why several criteria must be respected before carrying out an analysis at a center.

Here they are:

  • Fasting (food and liquids)
  • No sporting activity prior to analysis
  • Do not carry out an analysis during your menstrual period

How long does an impedance analysis take?

Allow 15 to 30 minutes with your fitness trainer to take the measurement, obtain the results and discuss them together.

For our members, an analysis may be just what you need when renewing your program, to assess your progress over time and through your sessions.

When is it worth carrying out an analysis?

At most, every two months.

Below that, it's pointless, as the body needs time to evolve.

For people who appreciate precision and numbers, we recommend an analysis every 2 to 3 months, to maintain motivation and monitor progress.

An analysis may be just the thing for a new program, to assess your progress over time and through your training sessions.
